We knew right away after meeting with Jake he would be our photographer.
He was not only laid back and made us feel at ease, but he seemed to really take interest in what we were looking for in a photographer.
Jake captured our day perfectly and was wonderful to work - he was never in the way or a distraction from our special moments. Considering some of the shots he got, I don't know how he did it :)

FAQ’s
Do you recommend having a 2nd photographer?
It depends! Contrary to the norm, I’m actually quite comfortable photographing weddings solo because it allows me to fully immerse myself in the moment. That said, though, it can often be a valuable addition depending on the logistics , so we can talk more about whether it's right for you.
Do you shoot film?
Whether I’m shooting digital or film, my overall “look” is a very film-inspired aesthetic and we would be splitting hairs to try and tell the difference. That aside, though - yes, I absolutely do shoot (and offer) film and love doing it. I was one of the lucky people who started their photography journey off shooting film, so it holds a special place with me.
Do you offer wedding albums?

Do you photograph accessories, decor, and family group photos?
Absolutely
Do we get every photo taken? If not, how many should we expect?
Not every photo, but as many as possible. I go through all of the images and remove any that are blurry, awkward, redundant, etc and provide you with the ones that remain. I essentially try to give you as many as possible without sacrificing quality. As for the total amount, there are a lot of variables that can affect that, so the final number varies from wedding to wedding.
When will we see our pictures?
Turnaround time is typically around 6-8 weeks after the wedding date.
How long will our online gallery be available for?
Indefinitely, so you’re covered.
What if we lose our photos one day? Do you keep a backup?
Yes, but backups are only at the recent technology of the time of the wedding. I can't stress enough the importance of making your own set of backups after you receive your photos.
What are the next steps after we decide to book you?
A signed contract and deposit (50% of the package total) are required to reserve your date. The remainder of the payment will be due in full by the day of the wedding.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept check or bank transfer (via Venmo, Zelle or Chase Quickpay)
