I photographed Cat & Dan’s wedding 5 years ago in Chicago. Fast forward and they now have two little ones out in the suburbs. It was awesome to reconnect and spend time with all of them…and brave the 100 degree heat (!!!!)

These two are the best. It was easily the hottest day of the summer and it didn’t even phase them. Can’t wait for the wedding in October!

I always love the opportunity to photograph families in their home. It’s the most accurate representation of what their lives are like and is an awesome way to preserve this little point in time.

Always love the opportunity to get out of Chicago and mix it up a bit. The Journeyman is probably my favorite venue outside of the city and, despite a little rain, S&D’s wedding was tons of fun with great people.
